Chuck Ye Egg – One Game A Month April #1gam
Posted on May 1, 2013 in Programming

After numerous starts, stops, restarts and retries comes my latest One Game A Month. It’s been a bad month, this game was first supposed to be created in Unity, then Yoyo GameMaker and finally knocked together in three days back in good old dependable PlayMyCode.

It’s a Nostalgic Platform Adventure. The controls are usuall WASD/Cursors to Move and Space to Jump. The code and (most) graphics are by me, and the great music was kindly created (for this game) by the brillant Michael Heaney.

Hope you enjoy it. If you know the game that inspired it, or have any other comments please leave them below.

  1. Love it! Brilliant, well done Glen. ūüôā

  2. Alex Aris says:

Great game ! Damn those birds ! ūüėÄ

  3. […] Notes: This game started as the Platformer Shooter I mention in last month’s update. Then when I saw SpeccyJam I thought I would have a go at that. However I’ve have had a very bad month and didn’t really do any work done on it until today. Most of the code is lifted straight from Chuck Ye Egg. […]
